These terms apply when you use the Waynara mobile app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Waynara gives information, not immigration advice. Giving immigration advice is a regulated profession in most destination countries. We are not regulated immigration advisers, and nothing in the app is legal advice or a promise about the outcome of any application.

What Waynara does

Waynara publishes guides to legal immigration routes — study, work, talent and others — compiled from official government sources and checked by our team before publication. You can turn any route into a personal checklist that tracks the steps, documents, appointments and costs involved, and we remind you before dates that matter.

About the route information

We do not guarantee that any route is available to you, that an application will succeed, or that the costs and timelines shown will match your case.

Your account

Your content

What you record in your tracker stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it back to you so the app works. We do not publish it, sell it or share it with other users. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

Waynara does not store the documents themselves — only the details you type about them. Keep your passport, certificates and other papers wherever you normally keep them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Waynara to break the law or to help anyone else do so, do not try to access other people's accounts or our systems, do not copy our route guides for a competing service, and do not disrupt the app for others.

Our content

The route guides, text, design and brand are owned by Waynara. You may use them for your own relocation planning. You may not republish or resell them.

Availability

We aim to keep Waynara running and accurate, but we provide it "as is". Reminders depend on your device, your network and your notification settings, so treat them as a helpful prompt rather than a guarantee. Keep your own record of critical deadlines.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Waynara is not liable for losses arising from your use of the app — including a refused application, a missed deadline, money spent on fees, or decisions you take based on information in a guide. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending these terms

You may stop using Waynara and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or withdraw the service, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
