WaynaraDelete your Waynara account
You can delete your Waynara account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
From inside the app
- Open Waynara and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Security & privacy.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Want a copy first? On the same screen, choose to export your data. You get everything you have saved as a file before you delete anything.
By email
If you cannot sign in, write to support@waynara.app from the email address on the account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify that the request comes from the account holder and then delete the account. We aim to complete this within 30 days.

Nothing that identifies you. Route guides are our own content, not yours, and remain in the app for everyone. Anonymous error reports you submitted about a route may be kept so we can fix the content, with no link to you. |
Backups are retained for a short period as part of normal database operation and are then overwritten.
